Shipping and Delivery

We process and send orders during our main business hours, from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. The merchandise will be ready for dispatch within a maximum of 3 days after receipt of payment.

We are unable to ship to PO. Boxes.

Shipping Costs

  • Local Delivery – SGD6.50
  • International Delivery with tracking – based on weight of products on Check Out

Please be aware that any products shipped internationally may be subjected to import duties and taxes applicable to your country / or the country you’re shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges that incur for custom clearance, and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delivery Time

  • Local Courier: within 3 working days of placing online order
  • International post with tracking
    • up to 5 working days subject to customs clearance procedures for each country

Tracking

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email notification, stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your order via the link provided.

Payment Methods

All prices of our products are in Singapore Dollars. Payments are made via Paypal.
  • without a Paypal account – Visa/Mastercard/American Express
  • with a Paypal account – Bank Transfer if their bank account is linked on top of the other credit cards

    Returns and Exchanges

    • Online purchases are exchangeable but notification of exchange should be emailed to hello@lularock.com within 3 days of receipt of package.
    • Exchange policy applies for non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, or washed, with all the tags attached. The merchandise must be returned in one package. Applicable shipping fees will be applied to your new order.
    • For faulty products – If you are looking to return a faulty product, please get in touch with our customer care representatives so we can get this sorted for you.
    • The exchanged product will be dispatched as soon as we receive the exchanged article. In a case where we are unable to replace your item, a refund will be made in terms of store credit.
    • Store credits must be used in full amount within 3 months of the refund date.
    • Refunds are only applicable in an event of a defective product.

    • Customers are responsible for their own cost of shipping in respect of any return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our store, so make sure they are packed properly to avoid damage in the process. In an unlikely event where the product is returned to us in an unsatisfactory condition, we may have to send it back to you.
    • It is compulsory for all exchanges to be registered and have a tracking number.
